What do you make?

Four things right now: a Comic, a Poster, a Children’s Book, and — coming soon — Invitations. Each one starts from a form submission and is reviewed by a person before it ships.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the product, its length or format, and how many people are involved. It’s shown before you pay — nothing is charged without you seeing the price first.

How long does it take?

It depends on the queue and how quickly each review stage moves. We’ll keep you posted by email as your order goes through review.

What if I don’t like what I get?

If what you receive contains a clear error or defect relative to your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll provide a reasonable revision or, where a revision isn’t possible, consider a partial or full refund at our discretion. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, for a full refund, as long as work hasn’t started yet.

Is it safe to submit a photo of my child?

Only a parent or legal guardian may submit a child’s photo or details, and only with their own consent to have it used for the order. See Terms and Conditions §5.

What happens to the photos and details I submit?

We keep what you submit only for as long as it takes to complete your order and support any revisions, then delete it. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
